Built to the floor plan, not to a stock size
Office furniture is bought by the floor rather than by the piece, and the measure of it is not how a single desk looks but how forty of them fit, wire up and survive being moved twice in five years.
We manufacture to the layout drawing. Where a fit-out is being planned, it is far cheaper to settle the furniture at the same time as the partitions than to order both separately and discover the clash on site.
What actually matters, before the design does.
Power, data and the route they take should be settled before a single desk is built. A grommet in the wrong place, or a leg where a floor box sits, is visible for the life of the installation and cannot be moved without cutting the top.
In an office the damage happens at the edges: chair arms, trolleys, and people leaning. A properly applied hard edge band lasts; a thin strip lifts at the corner within a year and then peels along the front where it is most seen.
Pedestals and cupboards in an office need locks that are actually keyed and recorded, and drawer runners rated for loaded files rather than for stationery. This is where office furniture is most often under-specified.
A corporate order is judged on the fortieth unit, not the first. Consistent finish batch to batch, and the ability to supply matching pieces two years later, is worth more to a facilities manager than any single design feature.
Send the floor plan and the headcount. We will come back with a layout and a schedule of what it takes, and we are used to working alongside a fit-out programme.
Every piece is built after you order it — your size, your wood, your finish.
Send a photograph and rough dimensions. We will come back with options and a price.
