Corporate work is a different job from selling a sofa. There is a drawing, a programme, a site that is often still being finished, and a building that has to keep working while the furniture goes in. We manufacture in our own units in Karachi and Islamabad, so what is quoted is what gets made.

A complete furniture and joinery package for a priority banking floor: the customer lounge, the executive offices behind it, the glazed screens that divide them, and the timber detailing throughout. Everything shown was manufactured in our own workshop and installed by our team, in a working branch.

Priority banking customer lounge with leather armchairs, timber tables and glazed partition offices — **The customer lounge** Cream leather armchairs with solid timber arms, rust upholstered tub chairs, and low tables in the same timber as the partition framing. The floor is laid as stone panels inset into timber, so each seating group sits on its own defined area.

Executive office with grey-stained timber desk, return unit, credenza and tan leather chairs — **Executive office** A grey-stained desk with a reeded modesty panel, a return unit carrying the printer and telephone, and a lockable credenza behind. Tan leather for the chair and the two visitor seats, so the room reads as one set rather than assembled parts.

Banking lounge seating group beside glazed partitions with timber banding — **Seating and screens** The glazed partitions are banded in timber at desk height, which gives privacy to the officer behind without closing the lounge in. Patterned glass above the banding carries the same detail around the floor.

Timber louvre screen over a window beside a stone-topped counter — **Louvre screen and counter** A fixed timber louvre over the window controls afternoon glare on the customer side without blocking the daylight. The counter beside it is the same timber.

Private and domestic projects. Emaar, Kings Garden and Latif Duplex, two farm houses of two acres each in Bahria Town, a farm house in Sector C, Islamabad, house renovation work in Malir Cantt, and residential projects in Bahria Town at 125, 500 and 1,000 square yards. The full list of private clients is far longer than this — most of our furniture goes into individual homes, and those owners are not named.

Every photograph here is of work we completed. None of it is a computer rendering. If your procurement team needs references, drawings or a sample piece before awarding, ask — we would rather be judged on the real thing.
