They find us, or they are sent by someone who already trusts us. We have always considered the second kind our greatest achievement — so we would rather thank the person who sent you than spend the same money on advertising.

Or at any of these levels, take a free consultation with ABA Associates instead — a site visit, advice on your construction or renovation, and an introduction to their material suppliers so you buy at better prices than you would reach on your own.
When someone you sent to us places an order over Rs 300,000 and it has been delivered and paid for, we send you a gift from our own workshops.
Or save them up. Take the gift straight away, or hold it and let it build. Send us two or three customers and we add the amounts together, so you can choose one larger piece instead of several small ones.
We confirm your balance in writing after each order is delivered and paid, and it stays valid for twelve months from your most recent recommendation — so it keeps rolling as long as you keep sending people.
Nothing is asked of you beyond the recommendation itself. We do not want you posting about us or forwarding our number to people who did not ask for it.
One welcome gift per order. Values are at retail. Gifts are sent once the order has been delivered and paid in full.
Every six months we will draw one name from among the customers who ordered in that period. The winner receives a gift from our workshops and becomes an ABA Privilege member.
What membership brings, we will announce shortly. It is not a discount card.
A year after delivery we come and freshen the furniture we made for you — back to looking the way it did on the first day. Free in Karachi and Islamabad.
Elsewhere in Pakistan we post you a care kit: the right polish for your finish, a cloth, and a short guide to looking after solid wood in your climate. And when our team is working in your city, we will come and do it for you.
This is a freshen-up of furniture we supplied, not a repair or a full re-polish. Anything that is our fault is covered separately under our workmanship guarantee, which has no time limit.
A branch opening, an office moving in, a handover — you have a deadline, and furniture arriving late costs you far more than a few per cent off the price.
So for commercial orders we offer a priority production slot instead of a discount: your job goes to the front of our schedule and we commit to your delivery date in writing.
We keep a limited number of these each month, because a date we cannot keep is worth nothing to you. Talk to us early and we will tell you honestly whether we can take it.
Tell us their name when you get in touch — there is a box for it on every enquiry form — and we will look after you both.
Our sister company ABA Associates designs and builds houses across Pakistan. When they build yours, we furnish part of it — complimentary, on completion. What you receive depends on the size of your plot.
Below 250 sq yd — a five-seater sofa.
250 to 499 sq yd — a seven-seater sofa with centre table.
500 sq yd and above — a seven-seater sofa with centre table, a complete bed
set, and two coffee chairs with table.
Buy additional furniture from us for the same home and take 25% off on plots of 500 sq yd and above, 15% off below that. The complimentary pieces cost nothing, so no discount applies to them.
